• Orders placed from active production batches are processed, hand-inspected, and dispatched from our secure fulfillment centers within 24 to 48 business hours.

• You will receive an automated email containing your secure tracking link the moment your shipping label is generated.

Estimated International Transit Windows:

• Express International Shipping: Typically ranges between 5 to 12 business days, depending on geographic destination and local postal efficiency.

• Delays: While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery windows, unforeseen carrier delays, severe weather events, or regional customs inspections may occasionally extend transit times.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & VAT: International shipments may be subject to local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country's government authority. These charges are outside of Beckix Crema’s control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Refusal to pay customs duties resulting in package abandonment or return will forfeit eligibility for a shipping fee refund.
